Andrew Smith will continue his career at Connacht for another season after signing a contract extension.
The back three player joined from the Ireland Sevens programme last year and has made 13 appearances in the campaign so far, starting 12 of them.
The 23 year old has started in all three positions in the back three and will be hoping to add to his appearance tally for the next 12 months.
Head Coach Pete Wilkins says:
“Andrew is another young man who you can see is getting better with every game he plays. He is a winger who typifies the fast and exciting brand of rugby we aim to play, and I know how much our supporters enjoy watching him. With further growth and development to come, he has the ability to turn into a top-class player.”
