Connacht Rugby are proud to partner with totalhealth Pharmacy on our inaugural Connacht Rugby Residential Academy. Held in the beautiful Sligo countryside, the Connacht Rugby Residential Academy is open to those looking to bring their game to the next level. Over five days in August, our experienced coaches will provide expert coaching and training to help you develop the skills and techniques that will stand to you in the years to come.
Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, our Academy is the perfect place to learn, grow, and have fun. Not only that, but our Pro Men's Team will be busy getting ready for the new season at the same time, so will be swinging by the Academy to share some tips!*
But it's not all about what happens on the pitch – we're also planning a range of exciting activities to keep you active and having fun during the off-the-field times as well. From kayaking to team-building exercises, there's always something to do at our Academy.
