Oisín Dowling signs new two-year deal

Oisín Dowling has become the latest player to renew his contract at the club.

The 26 year old is in his 4^th season at Connacht since joining from Leinster in 2020, and has earned 56 caps in that time. Primarily a lock, he can also play at blindside flanker.

Dowling has signed a two-year extension, bringing his stint at the club until 2026 at the earliest.

Head Coach Pete Wilkins says:

“Oisín brings an athleticism and abrasiveness that makes him a key part of our group of locks. His ability to play in the back row also gives us a variety of options as we build a matchday 23 each week. Now one of the more experienced members of our squad, I’m sure he’ll continue to add a lot to the team as we strive for success in the coming years.”
